Milledeux.com (Milledeux ApS) is owned and operated by Milledeux ApS, CVR no. 36 43 07 37 (hereinafter Milledeux), Vintervej 16, DK-2920 Charlottenlund, Denmark.

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase of any goods on Milledeux.com (Milledeux ApS).

Any agreement concluded with Milledeux is covered by the following terms & conditions. You automatically accept these terms & conditions, when making a purchase on Milledeux.com

Milledeux is open 24 hours a day, and you can almost always shop with us. However, it may happen that we close the shop for maintenance. You can only make purchases when the store is open and available.

To act on Milledeux you must be 18 years old. If you are not yet 18 years old, you may still purchase items if you have obtained your guardian’s consent or otherwise have a legal right to enter into the agreement regarding the purchase.

You choose the products you want to buy and put them in the “shopping cart”.

Any additional payments, for example shipping and surcharges, will first be calculated immediately before you are ready to pay.

When you are ready to order, click on the “Proceed to Checkout”, where you enter your name, your address, your e-mail address and telephone number. Then choose the payment method and delivery method.

You can change the content of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by clicking on the button “Proceed to Checkout”. After this, your order is transferred to Milledeux.

When you place an order with Milledeux, you agree that all information given is accurate, correct and truthful.

Orders are dependent on product availability, and we reserve the right to availability. This means that if a given product is no longer available, we indicate that. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice.

When you order an item from us, you will receive an acknowledgment of our receipt of your order. You have not entered into a binding purchase agreement with Milledeux, until you have received order confirmation e-mail from Milledeux. You will also receive an email from us once your item has been shipped from our premises.

Prices shown on the website are including 25% Danish VAT and in EURO (€), unless otherwise mentioned.

Items that are sent within the EU are sold with Danish VAT and the price is thus the same as for Danish customers. Items shipped to customers outside the EU are sold without Danish VAT and the price is thus deducted from this. VAT is deducted only when the delivery address is entered, and the address is outside the EU.

Prices are subject to currency changes, force majeure, delivery failures, tax changes, sold out items and misprints.

At Milledeux you can pay with Visa / Dankort , eDankort, MasterCard , Maestro, Eurocard , JCB, American Express , Visa , Visa Electron and PayPal. Before choosing debit or credit card, you will be informed of any surcharge for the different types of payment if applicable. When you select a card, the entire amount that will be deducted from your account including surcharge will be shown. The surcharge is charged by Bambora, and has nothing to do with Milledeux.

MasterCard

– If the card is issued outside Denmark a 2.90 % surchange fee (minimum DKK 1.95 per transaction) may be addedd to your order.
– If the card is issued in Denmark a 1.50 % surchange fee (minimum DKK 0.70 per transaction) may be addedd to your order.

VISA

– If the card is issued outside Denmark a 2.90 % surchange fee (minimum DKK 1.95 per transaction) may be addedd to your order
– If the card is issued in Denmark a 1.50 % surchange fee (minimum DKK 0.70 per transaction) may be addedd to your order.

JCB

– A 3.75 % surchange fee (minimum DKK 1.95 per transaction) may be addedd to your order.

In the payment section you will be able to see which items you have ordered and the total price. When you choose to go to the checkout, you will be taken to a secure server where you need to enter the following information:

Card number
Expiry date
Control numbers

If you do not complete this process properly, Milledeux cannot complete the order. The amount is reserved on your account when you approve the payment. The amount is deducted from your account, when the goods are shipped. There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved during your purchase. You will, upon receipt of the order, receive an invoice.

To protect your credit card information, payment will be processed by an approved and certified payment module supplier (Bambora). This ensures that all data is processed encrypted so neither Milledeux nor others can get access to your credit card information. All information is transferred via an encrypted SSL connection. This high safety standard makes card payments on Milledeux very safe.

When paying by credit card, you are always protected against abuse. You have no deductible in the event that your credit card is misused in webshops which uses SSL in its payment – which Milledeux uses. You are therefore better protected than in the physical world where you have to pay deductibles when a credit card is misused using your pin.

Standard delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-2 working days after the receipt of your order.

Standard delivery time to Europe is 7-10 business days from the receipt of your order.

Standard delivery time to all other destinations is 10 days after the receipt of your order.

We use Postnord for all deliveries.

If you order before 14:00 (CET) on weekdays, the order will usually be dispatched on the same day. This is subject to availability of the products. All orders placed on weekdays are generally sent within 24 hours.

If your delivery address is outside Europe, you can be faced with demands for payment of import duties and/or other charges by the national authorities. Customs regulations vary from country to country. Therefore, we recommend that you contact your national customs authorities for further information. You must defray possible claims from the customs authorities and Milledeux is in no way liable in this regard.

If a delivery is unclaimed/not picked up in time and thus returned to Milledeux, Milledeux is not obligated to make a refund, as the return shipping will be billed to Milledeux.

Denmark – rates depend on which courier is chosen at check-out. Free shipping for orders above DKK 500.

Standard delivery time to addresses in Denmark is 1-2 working days after the receipt of your order.

EU – Flat rate € 15 for all destinations within EU. Free shipping for orders above € 100.

We ship to EU with GLS, DHL or FedEx with tracking.

Standard delivery time to Europe is 2-7 business days from the receipt of your order (depending on location in the EU).

USA – Flat rate $ 20 for all destinations in the USA. Free shipping for orders above $ 150.

We ship to the USA with DHL or FedEx with tracking.

Standard delivery time to the USA is 3-7 business days after the receipt of your order (depending on location in the US).

UK – Flat rate € 25. Free shipping for orders above 160 €

Minimum order amount to the UK is € 160. This minimum is due to the fact that all orders below £135 should be added UK VAT by the seller. Since we are not UK VAT registered, we are unable to charge and pay UK VAT. Orders above £135 will be subject to UK VAT when being imported to the UK. The buyer/importer should pay UK VAT upon import.

Rest of the world (not EU, UK or USA)

Flat rate $ 25 for all destinations (not EU and not USA). Free shipping for orders above $ 150.

We ship with DHL, FedEx or GLS with tracking.

When you shop at milledeux.com (Milledeux ApS) you have the right to cancel your order within 30 days. Within these 30 days from the date of your purchase, you can inform us, that you would like to return the products to us for a full refund of your purchase price. Please note, that we will not refund you your shipping costs, or pay for the return shipping costs.

Your purchase is covered by the Danish Sale of Goods Act, including the “defective goods – rules”.

This means that you choose between the following options, if a product is defective:

• repair
• replacement
• refund
• reduction in the purchase price, depending on the specific situation

It is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not caused by an incorrect use of the product or other injurious behavior.

Please note, that Milledeux ApS reserves the right to replace a product instead of repairing it.

Visitors on Milledeux agree to the fact that they are recorded and control of their actions on the website are stored. Milledeux reserves the right to reject all visitors from the entire or part of the website in an unspecified period via exclusion of IP addresses. This can be done without notice and without further explanation.

Milledeux is subject to the valid laws on product liability in Denmark and the EU.

The website Milledeux.com is owned by Milledeux ApS and the daily operations of the website is also conducted by Milledeux ApS from our offices in Charlottenlund.

Purchase of goods on Milledeux.com is subject to Danish law. Any dispute is settled by the Danish courts.
